Permanent Part-Time Back of House

We are seeking a poised and experienced Back of House team member to join our boutique ceramics studio in Applecross on a permanent part-time basis. About You
You are calm, grounded, and carry yourself with refinement. You take pride in creating a sanctuary-like space where both our team and guests feel welcomed, cared for, and inspired.

  • Hands-on experience with ceramics and pottery

  • Previous Back of House or studio support experience preferred

  • Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail

  • High standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer care

  • Patient, present, and deeply respectful of each student’s creative journey

  • Reliable, professional, and consistent in all tasks

  • A natural ambassador of the studio, representing our brand with grace and integrity

 

The Role

  • Oversee administrative tasks and communicate clearly with guests

  • Maintain a calm, welcoming, and beautifully held studio environment

  • Deliver an elevated experience from guest arrival to completion of classes

  • Ensure studio standards, processes, and presentation are consistently upheld

  • Build meaningful rapport with guests while embodying the studio’s refined brand identity

  • Fridays 

  • Saturdays

We are inviting an experienced and service-oriented Pottery Teacher to join our boutique ceramics studio in Applecross on a permanent part-time basis.

This role is suited to someone who values craftsmanship, presence, and excellence — and who understands that a truly beautiful pottery class is as much about the experience as it is the clay.
 

About You

You are calm, refined, and deeply grounded in your craft. You take pride in creating memorable, elevated experiences for every guest who walks through the studio doors.

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in ceramics and pottery

  • Previous teaching experience preferred

  • Exceptional communicator — warm, clear, and confident

  • Naturally attentive to detail with a high standard of customer care

  • Patient, present, and deeply respectful of each student’s creative journey

  • Values professionalism, reliability, and consistency

  • A natural brand ambassador who represents the studio with grace and integrity
