Pottery & Wine Night (Hand building)

Are you in need of a night of a night out, filled with fun, mess, and a bit of creative chaos, and a lot of laughs?

Why not get some friends together and treat yourself to a night out at Not Yet Perfect Pottery Studio, where you can make your own mug, vase, platter and more!

Pottery and Wine Workshops are held at Not Yet Perfect Studio located at Heathcote Cultural Precinct in Applecross. 

Groups and individuals are welcome to come and learn a new skill during this creative experience. 

Start your night off with a glass of wine or two, by Amelia Park Wines to get those creative juices flowing. 

Enjoy a beautiful grazing spread by Blue Water Grill Bistro as you reconnect with you creative self and other like minded individuals.

There are no previous skills required, simply bring your authentic self as you create your own ceramics wares.

What's included-

- Clay and tools.

- Wine by Amelia Park.

- Grazing board by BWG Bistro.

- 1 Complimentary piece per person, fired and galzed.

If any additional work is kept, a $20 charge per piece is applicable to cover firing and glazing. 

All work will be glazed in gloss glaze.

What to bring-

- An apron or towel.

- Casual comfortable clothes, short nails.

- Remove all valuable jewellery.

No experience necessary, adults 18+.

Terms and conditions

Tickets and refund:

Please select carefully when choosing your workshop date and time. We DO NOT refund or reschedule workshop bookings. If you are unable to attend a workshop, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person.

Firing:

If requested for, all pieces made will be fired and glazed and ready for pickup a minimum of eight weeks after the workshop date. All participants will be notified via text when items are ready for pickup.

Firing fees:

Firing fee of $20 per piece paid during your workshop covers the trimming process, glazing of your works and two kiln firings.

Pottery breakage:

In the unfortunate case were your pottery breaks or cracks in the kiln, Not Yet Perfect do not offer refunds, as this is the nature of the firing process- pottery is a beautiful yet delicate process. While we take the utmost care to ensure all works are delivered in the best conditions, in the case were any ceramics breaks due to mishandling, you will be contacted by one of our team and a full refund of your firing fee will be offered.
