Terms & Conditions
1. Package Validity

All corporate packages are valid for 12 months from the date of booking.

Packages include workshops and courses as outlined and are designed for up to 12 participants per session.
2. Workshop Details
-
All workshops are hosted in-house at the Not Yet Perfect studio.
-
Open Studio access is included for Thursday evenings as specified in the package.
3. Payment Options
-
Packages can be paid in full at the time of booking, or via a payment plan:
-
50% deposit required to secure your package.
-
Remaining balance paid through monthly repayments over the duration of the package.

4. Booking & Scheduling
-
All sessions must be booked and confirmed on a monthly basis.
-
A proposed schedule will be provided, which can be reviewed and approved monthly by your team.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
-
Late cancellations made less than 3 days prior to a scheduled session will result in the session being forfeited.
-
Rescheduling requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
6. Payment Compliance
-
Missed or delayed payments may result in suspension of services until all payments are up to date.

Not Yet Perfect reserves the right to withhold future sessions until the account is settled.
7. General
-
All materials, catering, and studio setup are provided by Not Yet Perfect as part of the package.

Packages are non-transferable and must be used by the booking organization.
